📓 As part of network hardware and software (HW/SW) refreshes (RFs) of operational shipboard networks with a virtualized environment (Windows Server and Red Hat Enterprise Linux [RHEL] running on VMware and/or Hyper-V), provided ship's force on the job training which included network administration best practices, running periodic checks on a scheduled basis, and how to conduct maintenance activities over multi-week installation activity (25+ total).

📕 Creation of custom instance of open source Activiti Business Process Management (BPM) solution, extended with PHP of a Problem Trouble Report (PTR) tracking tool for a software development team comprised of multiple entities.  

📘 Implemented server based Atlassian products Confluence and Jira , with the creation of a fully documented concepts of operations (CONOPS) to hand off to other teams to build their custom projects.  Creation of multiple custom Jira workflows with accompanying companion documentation in Confluence format.  Creation of multiple Confluence spaces to serve as a fully searchable and integrated "tribal knowledge" Wiki.

📗 For a team comprised of multiple organizations working in a colocated space, conducted a top to bottom reorganization of the project's Windows based file server, with an emphasis on creation of a broad folder structure and the creation of a dashboard areas with shortcuts to the most frequently accessed files and folders.  Creation of template files/folders to ensure uniformity and consistency across business processes.  Provided ongoing coaching and best practices to ensure a successful implementation.

📙 For a geographically dispersed team (across mid-Atlantic and Southern New England) comprised from multiple organizations, served conducted a top to bottom reorganization of the project's Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) file server, providing centralized access to a classified file system, handling automated backup jobs, disaster recovery (DR) contingency planning and implementation, enforcement of security technical implementation guides (STIGs), and user management for over 60+ active users (local and remote) on a classified network utilizing a custom circuit.

📔 In support of a software change control board with multiple stakeholders from the military, government, and contractor entities, modification of a standing Jira workflow (over 1000+ issues) and companion Confluence space in support of a comprehensive "paperless" ship product being actively fielded and used by over 12,000 Navy sailors onboard over 100 Navy platforms.

📓 Through the usage of digital forensics and exit interviews of a former employee, inventoried all mission critical as well as other accounts and accomplished a full password reset process, while implementing two-factor authentication (2FA) usable within a shared group.  Transitioned VoIP provider resulting in a 90% cost savings.  Migrated organization to Google Workspace resulting in a significant cost savings and increased collaborative efficiency across primary products Calendar, Drive, Gmail, Groups, Meet, and Voice, and enabled Duet AI for AI driven content generation and task assistance.  Migrated data off multiple local and cloud based file shares and consolidated digital assets into Google Drive.  Creation of executive Gmail inboxes, implementing best practices with e-mail rules and filters for a more focused inbox experience.

📕 Modernized business practices and team collaboration into a Microsoft O365 environment, pushing the ideal of "Inbox Zero" with ongoing communications handled through the usage of Microsoft Team's Wiki and other Power Apps and an Outlook e-mail distribution group with a shared team calendar.

📘 Provided consulting to a Rhode Island based entrepreneur during formation of a small business including all pertinent Secretary of State filings and initial IRS paperwork.

📗 Served on an municipal advisory panel, the Information Technology Working Group (ITWG) to identify solutions and best practices to be implemented as part of a multi-year planning process.

📙 Founder and incorporator of Rhode Island Benefit Corporation.  Developed system design, architecture, and a multi-million dollar spend plan (CAPEX, one-time items, and runway OPEX) to deploy fiber-to-the-premises (FTTP) in Newport County, RI.  Provided verbal and written testimony to Rhode Island General Assembly (RIGA) (both House and Senate) as well as local deliberative bodies.  Served as panelist at 2021 Broadband Communities Summit.  Administrator of collaborative environments such as Confluence, Jira, Dropbox, Google Workspace, and Slack.
